All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices shown on the site are in Euros and are inclusive 21% VAT. You can pay for your order with credit card, Ideal or PayPal. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code, so you can follow your parcel.
The delivery time of an order is based on product availability, payment process and when it leaves our warehouse. Orders from the Netherlands will be delivered within 1-5 working days, with a delivery cost of €6,95. Delivery time for international orders is depending on country and postal code. International delivery costs are €15,00.
As soon as your order is placed and confirmed it can not be cancelled. Orders can be returned according to our return policy.
Our policy lasts 14 days after receiving the order. You will need to fill in the return form attached to your parcel and send it back to our atelier: Europalaan 20, 3526 KS Utrecht, The Netherlands. All items must be returned within the following 14 days in the original package. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail in which we will arrange for the repayment of the purchase price. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within the return period of 14 days.
- Unworn, unwashed and tags must be attached.
- Not be stained by make-up or have other signs of wearing after trying them on.
- Send back in original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days (depending on your bank).
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
